Cordelia Is Turning ONE!

Hello friends! It's been awhile...months fly by with the blink of an eye these days. Cordelia's first year is coming to a close (She's turning one already! How can that be?) and we're slowly starting to get into the swing of things...a little breathing room is nice...of course, it's just in time for her to start walking and the pace to change yet again! Although as crazy as it's been at times, it has been a most wonderful year and I can't fathom my life without that little girl. So, forgive me for blogging (and design in general) taking a back seat these days. My days have instead been filled with play dates, messy meals, and lots of laundry...and I'm loving every minute of it!

As we gear up for a little celebration we're having for Cordelia and her little friends in a couple of weeks, I thought I'd share some inspiration photos from my Pinterest board.  Be sure to follow me there for a peek into what I've been inspired by lately, as well as on Twitter and Facebook for more frequent updates. Enjoy!

Vote For Our Wedding!

Just when you'd seen these photos for the last time, they're back! The reason for our flashback to May 2009? Well, Style Unveiled, who featured our wedding this past summer is now asking you to vote for the wedding of the year and WE are one of the couples you can vote for! Just follow this link and with just a few clicks, you can make us your favorite. Or, if you fall in love with one of the other lovely weddings that are in the running and vote for them, we'll understand. Maybe.

For more photos and the full scoop go to Style Unveiled and I can't resist the opportunity to once again thank some of our wonderful vendors: Wedding Coordination and Floral Design - Jesi Haack Weddings, Desserts - Sweet and Saucy Shop, Photography - Juan Posada

So, what was I doing with all that time that I wasn't blogging? Planning a wedding!  My wonderful new husband and I were married on May 17th in Manhattan Beach (Our one month anniversary is coming up this week!) Check out Jesi Haack Weddings for the highlights of our wedding day. We really had the most amazing time and we owe so much thanks to Jesi, wedding coordinator extraordinaire, Melody Brandon from Sweet and Saucy Shop, and all our our amazing vendors, family members, and friends who helped make our day oh so perfect!
