Lonny Delivers Another Inspiring Issue

The second issue of Lonny was just released this week and my suspicions were correct. This magazine is good!  Really good. Lonny really hits the mark, with this month's features taking us into the homes of another talented set of interior designers and showcasing boutique interiors that inspire spending for even the thriftiest among us (With just the mention of J. Crew or Kate Spade, my debit card is on standby and ready to be swiped). Plus, in this issue, you'll find a great mix of gift suggestions for everyone on your list and wonderful tips for throwing a perfectly merry and marvelous soirĂ©e this holiday season.

Zigged and Zagged

I've professed my love for the zig zag in previous posts and there are certain other designers who embrace the motif.  Jonathan Adler is among them and Mary McDonald used it in the bath and kitchen dining nook in her own home.  When I came across Haus Interior, I knew Nina Freudenberger was a girl after my own heart.  The motif is used in several of her projects and even on the floor of her new Nolita shop that just opened this past summer.  Long live the zig zag!
